Before and After OLAPLEX Curl Recovery

After years hooked on OLAPLEX and every product they come out with, I know my curls would be in quite the state without them. OLAPLEX is the product that helped me go natural after years of thermal styling, and it continues to make my curls look better with each treatment and use of the at-home line. Curl recovery can be a long grueling process, and I’m grateful never to have witnessed it on myself before OLAPLEX. When it comes to curl revival, every product in the line plays a part (and you see results instantly).

Here’s where to begin, repeat, and make this a part of your routine:

OLAPLEX N°.0 Intensive Bond Building Treatment and N°.3 Hair Perfector.

Begin by dampening the hair with OLAPLEX N°.0. Comb the product through the hair for thorough saturation, then let it sit for ten minutes. You can put it up in a bun or clip in the meantime if you wish. After the ten minutes are up, apply N°.3 directly on top, again, combing through and saturating the product throughout the hair. Feel free at this point to clip your hair up or put it in a bun. The minimum time to leave the treatment on is an additional ten minutes, but results are more remarkable when left on longer.

OLAPLEX N°.4 and N°.5 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and Conditioner

Rebuild bonds and hydrate while you wash your hair with OLAPLEX N°.4 and N°.5 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and Conditioner. They cleanse, moisturize, and re-link broken bonds, taking curl washing day to the next level. Curls are very fussy with shampoo and conditioners, and there are many on the market that harm the pattern of curls. OLAPLEX N°.4 and N°.5, give curls the life they need while supporting them with moisture.

OLAPLEX N°.6 Bond Smoother Leave-In Styling Treatment and N°.7 Bonding Oil

A ‘cocktail’ of OLAPLEX N°.6 Bond Smoother Leave-In Styling Treatment and N°.7 Bonding Oil is the ultimate styling prep before any other products. Foremost, curls need an excellent leave-in, as they soak up any moisture they get quickly. The benefits don’t end there; combining the two provides bond building, moisture, shine, UV protection, reduced frizz, and protection from heat up to 450º Fahrenheit.
